During this time, and while directly working with four different internal real estate managers for Verizon, Velocity has been instrumental in the market penetration of the nation’s largest cellular provider.

Transaction and consulting services have included; gap analysis, market analysis and segmentation studies, assisting in the overall central Indiana development plan, site research and tours for new and relocating units, assisting with developing a standardized Letter of Intent document, Letter of Intent drafting and negotiation and lease negotiations.
