How We Are Compensated

Velocity Commercial Real Estate provides NO-COST Tenant and Buyer Representation Services to business owners.

We are compensated with a shared portion of the fee that landlords, sellers and developers always pay out to their brokers, agents, property managers and/or leasing companies. These fees are always built into the lease rates and sale prices. The fee is paid whether or not you are represented during negotiations for lease or sale terms. If you are not represented, these fees are entirely paid to the landlord or owner which allows them to make more money on the transaction, and the landlord or seller will be only representing themselves and their best interest, not yours. We work for and represent only our client’s sole interest!
