BP Connect Roll Out: Worked directly with BP’s internal real estate team to create a market wide development plan for the roll out of BP’s, then highly anticipated, BP Connect concept. Because of the development plan, BP chose Indianapolis, IN as the first market in the United States to roll out the concept.

We completed research and property tours for over 50 potential sites for ground up C-Store development as well as research and tours of adjacent land for redevelopment and expansion of existing sites that fit their criteria. Over 28 purchase and land lease transactions were closed during the 3 year roll out. Transaction management and consulting services included; opinion of value for land being acquired, drafting purchase agreements and/or letters of intent, direct negotiations with both seller’s and BP’s internal legal teams, site design consulting, due diligence and closing oversight.
