Shortly after the formal exclusive engagement for representation, MHG Hotels, LLC hired Velocity Commercial Real Estate to be their Director of Development. This decision was made by MHG in order to better interact with the national franchisors and their Director’s of Franchise Development managers as well as directly representing MHG to the property owners/sellers and developers.

Velocity manages every aspect of acquiring real estate for development including; market/trade area analysis, gap analysis, site analysis, site research, direct owner/seller contact and negotiations, standardized purchase agreement and letter of intent development, property value analysis, purchase agreement negotiations, drafting and managing due diligence timelines as stated within the contracts, interviewing, hiring and managing engineers, surveyors and architects, managing the due diligence process and coordinating closings.

We travel extensively throughout the United States in our representation of MHG Hotels. This high level of involvement allows us to best serve our client and to gain tremendous market knowledge within the markets we travel. Velocity always interviews and engages the best suited local broker that demonstrates the same high degree of market knowledge we do. This relationship offers opportunities otherwise left undiscovered, while Velocity remains the single point of contact in order to maintain the high level of service the client has come to expect.
