In June 2008, David Simons, an industry veteran from Grubb & Ellis, one of the nation’s top commercial real estate firms, founded Velocity Commercial Real Estate, LLC. With over 30 years of business management, intellectual capital and a vast array of experience in commercial real estate, he has established a corporate culture of service and professionalism. David Simons:

David is an established and well-versed entrepreneur. Prior to starting a career in commercial real estate over 15 years ago, David had successfully created and operated contracting businesses in Southern California and Indianapolis.

Wearing the many hats of owner/operator has given David the high degree of skill sets needed to successfully complete complicated real estate transactions including; market analysis, site selection and procurement, transaction management, disposition assignments, hospitality development, as well as retail store and restaurant rollouts and expansions.
